Jess

Jess grew up in the South West Sydney area and remains living locally.

As a teenager, Jess completed her orthodontic treatment with Dr Duff, who previously owned our practice. Jess started working here as a dental assistant in 2018. She worked as a dental assistant for four years then progressed to become a treatment coordinator.

Jess has a range of knowledge which stems from her time being a patient, dental assistant and working closely with Dr Playfair, which has developed her in her role as treatment coordinator.

Jess aims to ensure that patients are left feeling happy and comfortable by providing them with all the knowledge they need to know regarding their orthodontic treatment. Her favorite part of her role is when patients see the results of their beautiful smiles at the end of their orthodontic treatment and seeing the happiness and joy it brings to them.
